How to show an issue custom label only in the backlog column?

Hello, 

We have seventeen projects that link their backlog column with a Scrum project. My teams want to mark them with a custom label (e.g. "For June Sprint"). The problem here is when I create a custom label it shows across all issues on the Kanban. 

Is it possible to create some condition when the label will be only shown in the "backlog" column? Thanks

Consider using Automation to remove the label when the issue transitions to the initial status of the board.
