How to stop 'Future' value being created for Target Version (version picker)?

Hi ,

We have a custom version picker named Target Version, will get values from project versions. 

Now I wanted block 'Future' named values being selected/created for Target Version.

 Any validations?

Can any one help me please.

All you can really do is remove the project admin permission from the users.

I just need to add validation to block that value being created on the create screen.

How to do that?
