How to stop a ticket go from DONE to a status that has "ALL" transition

Hi all!

I have a workflow where a few statuses has the "ALL" transitions but when a ticket is in status DONE we want to stop the possibility to go to those statuses. 

We have tried this condition "The Issue's previous Status (immediately before the current Status) must not be Done" in the ALL transition but it dosent work. Do you know any way of doing this while keeping the "ALL" transitions?

Hello Murat,

This should work by adding a Condition 'Value field'.

The Field is Status and you configure it as != Done (as string).
