How to switch from Next-Gen test version to Classic version?

Hi,

just have launched test version (on cloud) of Jira Service Desk in my new company and dont find half of funcionality which I knew from previous versions of Classic Jira I used in my old company.

Is it possible to switch/migrate to classic version to show in my new company all features of Jira?

Unfortuntely, it's clear Next-Gen is not suitable for us.

It is possible to migrate from a next-gen project to a classic project. Have a look at this guide:
