How to synch with Oracle support with JIRA

I would like ask that if there is a way to synch with Oracle module problems and their solutions with JIRA tickets.

What do you mean by "sync"?  I assume you have a Jira system somewhere, what are you trying to do with it and oracle support?

actually trying to build some knowledge base using solutions for oracle financial modules.all the answers regarding oracle module questions can be seen in one center.I.e a user should check this type of problem occured and we have a solution relating that problem.
