Hi guys! I need to transition the issue that user have just linked to the current issue. Automation doesnt allow to work between projects(its 500 executions limit will end in a day).
The scenario is like this. When an artist/coder moves his/her current task into InReview status he is obliged to select his next task which must automatically be transitioned into InProgress. The issues could(and most probably will) be from different projects.
Any ideas or addon suggestions are welcome!
I checked my automation i it works fine. I will send you my automation (excuse me my computer have problem) ( you can subtitute your type of links or add more condition)
Did you try to transition issues from different projects that the one that goes as source of the trigger? The thing is automation doesnt allow to execute more than 500 global actions per month. And if I make that automation rule for project only it doesnt see the issues of another project so it cant transition it.

No, it is just for 1 project. So why don't you use add-ons like (workflow powerbox, Jira misc workflow extension, JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows)? They all have your solutions on workflow

Hi, @Евгений Фарсалов JSU can certainly do this without coding necessary. Checkout the documentation about Linked Transition Post-function here: https://confluence-apps.beecom.ch/display/JSU/Linked+Transition
And download JSU from here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/5048/jsu-automation-suite-for-jira-workflows?hosting=server&tab=overview
