How to turn off "unassigned filter" in Jira board

I created a new board and noticed this new(?) popup. So tried it out. But I can't see how to turn it off on the board.

When you are looking at the board do you see a circle around the avatar the shows "Unassigned" when you hover your mouse over it?

(You may have multiple avatars that show that same default image, so check for any that have the circle.)

The circle indicates that filtering for that assignee is activated. 

If so, click on it again to deactivate the filter.

Okay. So this pop-up is basically a hint about selecting the Unassigned avatar . . . good to know. Thanks

What type of project is this? Company-managed? Team-managed? Software? Business? 

Check the Quick Filters to see if any of those got set.
