How to turn on new UI on Jira Core (server edition)

Can someone tell me how to turn new UI on Jira Core (server edition, 7.13.0)? 

I've got admin rights, but don't see that option here http://prntscr.com/mrrr0f

How do I do it?

Hello,

There is not new UI in Jira Server.

Then new UI is only available in Jira Cloud

Hi, can you tell me how to turn on new look in Jira Cloud?

I have trouble becouse we have renamed our statusses and now in old jira view, we see old statusses, on some screens we se new statusses and it is confusing. So I would like to check how it works in new Jira look.
