Hello there,
I have a problem on the site, I can't consult it, there is an error (ERROR: 2TA0P6
).
I can no longer see my backlog, and my sprint, it's asking me to refresh again and again.
Do you know the source of this problem?
Thanks for taking the time !
Mattéo

Howdy,
I have a couple questions:
1. Is this happening for you or all your users?
2. Which browser are you using and have you tried a different one?
3. How long has the problem been happening?
Hello Ben!
Here are the answers to your questions:
1. This happens for all my users; they can't see anything.
2. My users and I are using Firefox.
3. I have been having this problem since the morning of Tuesday (21/11).

Hi @Mattéo Lauzé ,
Just narrowing it down. So its not one persons specific configurations and its unlikely to be an outage as its been going on a long time, although the text makes me think outage. I assume from your comment of "no longer see" then you used to be able to see.
Can you test with a different browser?
Other questions to narrow it down:
1. Is this a company controlled laptop that might have had changes pushed out? (via Intune, JAMF or similar.)
2. Did you make any recent changes to the instance?
If its no to both of the above and the different browser doesn't work then its likely a server issue and you will need to open a support ticket.
