Hi,

Technical details

Log's referral number: 4ae4b7f8-3fad-4e4d-a535-c1e54c0872b5

Cause

Referer URL: http://localhost:8082/plugins/servlet/upm?source=side_nav_manage_addons

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jcifs/smb/NtlmPasswordAuthentication

 

and I am using Jira 7.13.0 so anyone helps me?

Hi! 

Looks like classloader issue. 

Let's restart your instance. 

BTW, what did you do on managed apps directory plugins/servlet/upm ?

 

Have you updated some apps ?
