Can someone please help on how to update the Issue type Link Scheme via CLI during the project creation step. We have an automated project creation step which uses the CLI option embedded in the workflow.

Thank you !

Hi @Aisha M ,

We are from the Bobswift support team, we have created a support request SUPPORT-3860 on behalf of you in our portal, please sign up and try to access the support request for further discussion.

For createProject action, the following are the optional parameters where as project, lead and required parameters.

name, description, url, defaultAssignee, lookup, template, type, permissionScheme, notificationScheme, issueSecurityScheme, workflowScheme, issueTypeScheme, issueTypeScreenScheme, fieldConfigurationScheme, category, continue

please confirm us which "Issue type Link Scheme" you are referring to?

During the project creation, we can link the Issue type scheme to the new project by using our app, Jira Command Line Interface (CLI). For example, here is the CLI action which will create a project with the respective information.

--action createProject --project "ZJIRACLICLONES" --lead "automation" --template "Basic" --issueTypeScheme "Default Issue Type Scheme" --issueTypeScreenScheme "Default Issue Type Screen Scheme" --permissionScheme "Default Permission Scheme"

Here, project and lead are mandatory parameters.

Thanks,
Raja

Hi @Aisha M,

By default, Jira has schemes for Workflows, Issue types, Custom fields, Field configurations, Screens, Notification, and Permissions.

Can you please confirm, is 'Issue type Link Scheme' picked from any 3rd party app?

Thanks,
Raja
