How to use one sprint for two project?

Hello,

We have two project going on simultaneously.

We use 1 week sprint. I want to use one sprint ( common sprint for both projects )

Is there any option ?

Please guide me with the same.

Hi @Rucha Auti,

since you're on cloud, it is important to know which projects are you using? The classic or the next-gen ones?

For classic projects

You can create a new board which contains the data of both projects. I recommend to choose "Board from an existing project" which will allow you to select multiple projects as well:

Alternatively you can configure an existing board. In order to do this, you should edit the filter query so that the JQL selects data of both projects you're interested in. I'd also recommend to edit the filter shares so that people of both projects have permissions to view it.

For next-gen projects

Afaik, this is not possible at the moment. Community, please correct me if I'm missing anything here.

Yes. you can have stories from different project in the same sprint. You can create board with the filter. In the Filter Query you can mention both project names like (project in (A,B)).
