We wanted to know the users who accessed Jira and Confluence servers from March 2023 to till date today.
May I know is there any database table to find this requirement?
and/or please provide any other way to find this ?
Hi @Moningi, Nikhitha ,
In Jira Server, tracking user access history directly from the database can be a bit complex as Jira doesn’t store user access logs in a straightforward manner within its database tables. However, you can retrieve this information through Jira's logs or by using third-party plugins or add-ons that specifically track user access.
Here are a few kb articles from that you can try:
also explore My User Manager for Jira It will definetly help you filter out the inactive/active or never logged in users.
Also, if you feel my input help you please accept the answer.
Regards,
Bhushan
Hi BHUSHAN PATIL,
Thank you for your information.
We need not only users logged IN data and also we need data on user/s who accessed any Jira project or filter/s etc.... (means users last activity).
Regards,
Nikhitha M
