I am facing issues while commenting via browser

For example if I am adding any table this type of weird table structure (mentioned in the picture) is showing in the comment. How to get rid of this bug?

Hi @Akash Pandya welcome to the Atlassian Community!

On the bottom, you see 2 buttons: Visual and Text, try switching to Visual.
