I am looking for a JQL to get a report on scope creep. Please help? Or any other way it is possible?

The answer depends on how you define “scope” and “scope creep”. Is this issues added to sprint? Issues added to a targeted release? We need more info here.
A change by adding or removing an item from the sprint. As simple as that.
There isn’t a means via JQL - JSWSERVER-20097
however you can find scope creep by looking at the current sprint burn down or report report.
