As of this morning, I no longer have access to moving tickets in our workflow as that button has dissapeared.
Welcome to community!
Are the site admin of your jira setup? If not i recommend you to connect with them.
It could be that your permission to transition issues is revoked or the workflow is updated to restrict the transitions. The site admin can check on that
Also, the transition button should be before the 'actions' button.

That's correct, that's how it used to be on Friday and then something changed.

What do you see before 'Actions' button? If you lost transition permission, you should atleast see the current status before 'Actions' button.
Are other users seeing the same? Did you check with your site admin?

@Mick Harzall Hi mate.
You mean changing the status? Is this for JSM or Jira, as you referred to the issues as tickets?
Can you share a screenshot?

Hi Mate,
It's for JIRA.
So essentially, I was able to move each ticket to its new state (for example in progress to QA/UAT/Done) but no longer see that option.

Ahhh! I see mate, we playing mind games today aren't we?
Someone at your team must have created a manual Automation triggered by this " Actions" button that had one or more options in there. Maybe it had custom name.
How to create something like this here: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/test-a-jira-automation-rule-using-the-manual-trigger/
And follow the link in there to lean more about the " Manual " trigger.
