I am not able to export issue in excel as it is asking for form to enter.

• Try a different browser or clear cache: Sometimes, browser-related issues can cause the export form to display incorrectly or show blank options. Try using a different browser or clear your browser cache and cookies before attempting the export again.
• Check the installed plugins: If you have any plugins or extensions installed in your Jira instance, they could be conflicting with the export functionality. Temporarily disable any recently installed plugins and see if the export options appear correctly. If the issue persists, try disabling other plugins one by one to identify if any specific plugin is causing the problem.
• Check Jira configuration: Ensure that Jira is properly configured for exporting issues. Verify the following settings:
  • Go to Jira Administration.
    Click on "System" and then "General Configuration".
    Check if the "External System Import" is enabled. If it's disabled, enable it.
    Save the configuration and try the export again.
