I am not able to find the post function for a transition in a workflox

I am not able to find the post function for a transition in a workflox

I am trying to configure to resolution field in order to set it to done in a transition in a workflow. I can't find how to access to the post functions of the transition or if it is possible to do it other way.

Could you help me? Thank you

In fact, I do that but when I am at this point I am not able to find de pot function option.

After clicking edit, you can click on the transitions to get more info about them, including the post-functions
