I have selected the Send me email Notifications under Profile Settings : " Email notifications for issue activity as, and selected all options under "Get email updates for issue activity when" section. Please help resolve the issue.
Everything was working fine till Jan 13th but no email notifications at all after that.
Things i have done:
1. Verified the email ID is same as the JIRA login.
2. Restarted the machine and Logout -Login in JIRA.
3. Unchecked and selected the email notification activity and Save changes.
Same story --- email notifications are not arriving for anyone in our company. No config changes have been made. It just stopped working sometime on Jan 24 or 25.

Is this only associated with Watch/mentions? Are you receiving emails if an issue is assigned to you? Have you checked the notification scheme for the project(s)?
