I am unable to find backlog in a Kanban Agile project

I don't see where to add backlog in a new Kanban project, the solutions recommended showed a different column settings that I don't see on my project.

You are working with a Team Managed project based on the images you provided. The solution you mention is applicable to a Company Managed project.

In the first screen image you provided, click on Features in the navigation pane on the left.

In the new screen you will several features that can be enabled or disabled for your board. Backlog will be among them.

Hi Trudy, I follow the steps suggested and I was able to find the "Enable" Backlog button !! Thanks for the help
