We have a company account in JIRA, and we are using Work Management for our project. For the past two days, I’ve been unable to log in. When I navigate to the URL, the page keeps reloading continuously. I also received the following message:
"Hash: KZH7SZ
Trace: 88e1d74503744e3a869df6c9a0812e2b"
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Hi @SUMAN KANNAN ,
could it be that you are impacted by this maintenance?
Please check this article: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Announcement-articles/Upcoming-Maintenance-Notification-for-Jira-and-Confluence/ba-p/2973795#M6870
If not, pleaselet us know or create a support ticket with Atlassian to help you out.

@Tessa Tuteleers Thanks for your support.
In our Organisation we are using free version of jira work management . Initially we are 10 people , so we have used the free version . Now our Organisation upgraded to 18 people . Now we would like to subscribe for a plan , currently no one from our organisation able to login . Then how could we subscribe / upgrade the plan .

Hi @SUMAN KANNAN ,
It seems than that you are not impacted by the maintenance window I mentionned.
If I understand correct you had a free Jira instance with 10 users.
You want to add 8 additional people (or have already?) and now need to upgrade to standard or premium because the free instance does not support 18 users, correct?
Can you confirm tat you don't have access to https://admin.atlassian.com/ either with an org admin account?
Seems like a licensing issue, I tagged Atlassian in your question, hopefully they can check what's happening in your specific instance.

Hi @SUMAN KANNAN ,
if your admin does not have access to admin.atlassian.com anymore, nothing you can do but contact Atlassian themselves.
I already tagged them in this message, but your admin can always create a support ticket here as well to help fix this.
Hope you get it resolved fast!
