Hello @Saad Tanveer
Welcome to the community.
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? It will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.
Have you created issues in the project yet?
Can you provide a full screen image of what you see?
Are you the administrator for the project, for the agile board, and/or for Jira overall?
There could be several causes for what you are seeing, but we need more information to provide guidance.
It is company managed project and I have created issue in project and also run the sprint in past but no issues are shown in sprint 3

You appear to have a Quick Filter activated that is hiding issues. Notice that the Backlog list header says "0 of 12 issues visible" and has a "Clear all filters" link next to it.

Actually the problem is we have created the stories for sprint 3 and these are also not visible due to which we are unable to start the sprint.

The stories are visible when we apply filters but not in backlog due to which I can't start sprint.

If the stories are not showing up in the backlog when there are no Quick Filters applied to the backlog, then the problem is likely in the Filter that is used to select issues for the board.
Examine the filter for the board (under Board Settings > General) and compare it to the issues that are not displaying to see if the filter contains some criteria (or fails to include criteria) such that the missing issues are excluded.

When I create issue in a sprint it doesn't show in it can you elaborate it what is actually wrong with it.

I cannot elaborate without more information about your board and issues.
Please post a copy of the filter used for the board. You will find that under Board Settings > General
After seeing that I will have specific questions about the issues that you say have been created but are not showing up on the Backlog screen.
