I can not close the active sprint

Hello!

We have a problem trying to close the active sprint. When the "Close sprint" button is pressed, a dialog appears telling you that there are two tasks with incompleted subtasks. The problem is that, in fact, all subtasks are compelted and have a resolution.

Is there another factor that may be preventing us from closing the sprint different from the one shown in the pop-up window?

We're checking everything in those two tasks, and the team is working on another sprint while we solve this problem with the other.

Hi @María López Carrasco

The last column of the board is used to determine the 'Done' state of the issue. Check whether the status of those subtasks are mapped to the last column of the board.
