Hi,
Jira - Kanban board - Story
We use Flag to indicate the Issues, which have to be done at first, and that is fore we use a Filter (flagget_impediment). I did not have problems with flagging and unflagging Bugs
BUT
I faced a problem with Flag removing from Story I Flagged a Story when it was on the Kanban board in status IN REVIEW (maybe it is important). When the status of the Story was changed to DONE I wanted to remove the flag. I got a system message "We couldn't remove the flag from this issue. Check your connection and try removing the flag again"
May I ask for your support, please.
I can not understand the cause of this and what to do to be able to remove the flag.
Thanks
Hi ypilinkevych@elitex.system -
1. Please click/open the issue that you want to flag or unflag
2. In the Issue Detail View, select Add flag or Remove flag from the 'cog' drop-down
3. Please find the attached screenshot for the reference.

Dear Venugopala Naidu,
Thanks for the suggestion.
I fact I did it many times, but without success. As soon I click on Remove Flag, the flag itself disappears for a second and then appears again together with pop-up
Actually, this fact was the cause to open the request in the community.
Can somebody help me with the solution, please?

From a short check I was not able to find any related reportings of this error so far.
Best guess would be to wait a few hours if it is of some temporary kind and/or try a different browser for a few minutes - just to check if it is somhow browser-related.
If this should not help and you have not changed permissions for the project as for the editing (=the user that sets the flag should also be able to remove it) I't encourage you to raise a request with Atlassian support.

Ok, I will investigate the problem And report it here.
It takes more than 24 hours from the time the problem was indicated.
So, the future steps will be:
1. Using a different browser
2. Reopen Story and move it through the board again
3. Ask some other Jira Board user to try to remove a flag (actually I put flag and the other flags I puted I deleted without any problems)
Let us see...
And than I will request for support.

Hi Daniel,
OK, now the solution
You can edit the workflow for the respective issue type(you have different workflows for different issue types so make sure to check the right one).
