I can see Jira Board "A", but I cannot add an Issue to that board via Outlook, it's not in my list

I have access to many Jira Boards at our company. I can open them and edit them. We also have the Outlook plug-in, which allows us to add emails to Jira Tickets. This is what I have a problem with. When I select the option, from within an Outlook email, to either create a "New Issue" or "Add to Issue", and, for example, the "Add to Issue" box pops up, I can select many Jira Boards from the "Project" drop-down list, but one of the ones I need is not in the list (of either "Recent" or "All" Projects). I am an Admin on this particular board that I can't see. What needs to happen for this Project/Jira Board to appear in the list?

Thank you

Hi Doug,

Being an admin to a board is not the same as having the role administrator in a project.

you might want to set view permissions to the board in the board configuration menu to include the people in the project.
