Code 500 is an internal server error. You definitely want to raise a support ticket for that kind of error.

i don't think so because i already navigate through dashboard tab it self

You get AddPortalPage.jspa in url when you try to create a new dashboard.
Can you open https://<yourDomain>:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa in new browser or incognito mode and share the screenshot ?
If there was ny new plugins added or upgraded, try to disable them and access the page.
Also let us know if tehrewas any new changes in your applicaton like upgrade, or any chnages recently ?

i already update chart plugins one week before but every thing after this update was fine suddenly this happened
i also disable the plugins and re tried but in vain
