in the new system:
Epic name = Epic name
In the old system:
Epic name = Имя Эпика

Sever to sever migration. 

(This is probably due to the old localization )
If anyone knows how to migrate such a project, please advise!

You are saying that what you do is a server to server migration.. What procedure / tool are you using? Do you have an XML backup as input?
