I can't see workflows under issue administration section

Hi All

I am unable to see workflows option under Administration issues but in project settings. I can see the workflows. what could be the issue of sudden change?

this is strange. Please could you specify your JIRA version and check if there's some error in the application log files?

Did u try to restart the application after cleaning plugins cache?

we are using DC 8.20.8 and restarted the server but no change. We are using same version for prod also but no issue in prod.
