I cannot access the project

I am an admin and have created the project on Jira:
creativevent.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/HRM/boards/3
It keeps showing error messages like this:

or

creativevent.atlassian.net ?

When I access creativevent.atlassian.net, I am redirected to the URL https://id.atlassian.com/join/user-access?resource=ari%3Acloud%3Ajira%3A%3Asite%2F5b2cf37.... and an image is displayed. 

Then, I can not access my project and task

Do you get that error message on other projects? Or just this one?

Yes. This is error.

I only encounter this error for this project.

Okay, thanks - check to see if you are in a project role such as Service Desk Customer project role or Service Desk Team role.
