I cannot see Atlassian Troubleshoot and Support option in my Jira app.

I cannot see Atlassian Troubleshoot and Support option in my Jira app. Whereas in manage app I do see that the plugin is enabled all 56 out of 56 modules of  it is enabled. M currently on Jira version 

  • v8.2.2 and 
  • v8.9.0

With both version I am facing the same issues. 

The Universal Plugin Manager (v4.3.5) by Atlassian

Log in as an admin, use the admin cog at the top right, then hit the "admin search", either by clicking it, or just pressing .

Start typing "troubleshoot" into the search box.

Ok, go to "manage apps" and change the list so it shows all apps, not just user-installed.

Does the troubleshooting app appear to be installed and active?

I did not have proper system admin rights that is why I think i was not seeing it. Problem is solved after adding myself in sys admin AD.
