I cannot see any product

When accessing administration site: https://admin.atlassian.com/ I see any product in the "Overview" although I have Jira and Confluence free version

Hi @Maritza Arispe , thanks for your question.

I think you need to click into another tab in the top menu bar to see your products. You are currently viewing teh "Overview" tab, if you try the Product tab, you should be able to open the products you have from there -

I cannot see the products there either. When I try to add the product with my domain name I get the message that this already exists

Ah ok, sorry, I can see in your screenshot it is saying that the site name you want is already taken so you need to make up a slightly different one to get that button underneath to turn blue and allow you to proceed.

If you think that you set up this site, if you follow this link - Request access to Jira (atlassian.com) and request access, you should get an email and you can let yourself in.

Otherwise, you will need to change the name of the site, 

scrumequipocolaborativouniarq.atlassian.net

to be something like 

scrum-equipo-colaborativo-uni-arq.atlassian.net

for example.

I didn't understand it looks like you are in a Training organization, trying to make your own site.
