Since yesterday, the keyboard typing has not working at all. After inserting only one letter, the cursor is disappeared.
I guess it is a side effect influenced by the yesterday update. My team is having same problems, too. It is making a lot of troubles while cooperating among team members.
Please fix the issue rapidly and share the resolve result.
Thank you.

I get the same issue... keeps jumping around, it seems to be toggling the ALT commands? like its wanting to use the special shortcuts/ hotkeys.
if you start typing the letter "H" it opens up the Help panel.
If you start typing "A", it seems to want to go to the Assignee drop down
definitely buggy broken.. 14/05/2024 - 10:45 Australia time

You would see the majority of the Jira features have the "Under Maintenance" tag, I didn't find any scheduled service maintenance reported though, but it kind of means the Atlassian team is aware of it.
I have submitted a support request myself, hope it will help draw their attention a bit further.

Copy paste comments from notepad seems to be a reasonably painless workaround for now.
