I do not have access to my email address, how can I change mail address.

Hi,

My email address has changed due to the domain change, but my jira account remains in the old domain and I do not have access to my old email account. I want to log in to the old account, but I cannot access the 8-digit code. What should I do?

Welcome to the Community!

  • If you're part of an organization, reach out to your site administrator. They can update your email address in the system and reset your access.
  • If you’re unable to contact an admin (or if this is your personal Jira account), you’ll need to contact Atlassian Support directly.
  • Go to Atlassian Support and select the following:
    • My Account
    • Choose “Log in Issues”
  • Provide as much detail as possible:
    • The old email address associated with your account.
    • The new email address you want to use.
    • Proof of identity.

I have the same issue but couldn’t solve it. My original account had an email attached that I can no longer access. I know my password but can’t access the codes that are sent to me any longer.

it didn’t work to contact the support so far - despite a lot of search I couldn’t find it!

 

can someone help me to get access again?
