I don't seem to have admin rights to my free account

I have a free account that I've been using with teammates for a couple of projects. Having some trouble today. After I logged in, I got a "We see you logged in as x. was that you?" message. Well, yeah. It's the same one that I used to create the account. Plus I no longer have the ability to add users nor any admin rights. What's this all about?

I can see that you have two accounts on the site. One is a user without admin access and the other one is a site administrator.

Your site administrator account and the one you used to create Jira is jxxxxxxt@jxxtxxxxxaxxxxxxxs.com and the other account without admin access is jxx@axxxx-cxxxxxxxxxxxe.com.

Please, log in with your main account and let us know if you face any issues.
