I downloaded and added the Change Management workflow but cannot configure it

i downloaded the Change Management Workflow that was free on JIRA but i am not able to configure what i downloaded. is there a tutorial?

Hi @Lucia Guzman Was that for Cloud? I couldn't find any Change Management Workflow for Jira Cloud?

Hi @Lucia Guzman 

If its for server, once you have downloaded the workflow you would have got .jwb file which is jira workflow bundle.

Now inorder to import this workflow, Move to the Setting->Issues->Workflows->Import Workflow->From my computer->Choose the .jwb file->Click on import.

It will take you with further steps, it might ask you to map the status, and screen might be created based on the requirements.

It depends on your requirement and it will always be better to prepare our own workflow.
