The filter is still in place and shared appropriately, but all users in the project now cannot access the kanban board for that project.
Since some users might already have this board/filter saved - I would suggest to take ownership of it and re-share it with the relevant groups or all logged-in users (whatever you like best for you).
After that - the board should show and you would be able to make the needed changes.

Awesome. If you can approve the answer that would be great for "future generations" :)

Hi Lindy, can you please share a screenshot of your board configuration (the columns section)? It might be that all the statuses are automatically mapped to the "to do" column (backlog).

Hi Peter, Unfortunately, the board and the configuration are all no longer viewable in any permission for all people in the project. I have Admin rights and can't see the board either. Any thoughts or ideas why that might happen?

One of 2 things, probably:
Do you have the filter ID or name, so you can search it?
Are you the owner of this filter?

Peter, I think you're right. I am not the owner of the filter, but I was able to find it via my Admin sign on. Do you think it would be better to try to assume ownership or just duplicate the filter so I own it? Something must have happened to the share permission when the backlog feature was enabled.
