I get the following error when accessing a colleague's link to our big picture's project. I am administrator of this project.

How can I resolve this issue?

Did you setup the Big Picture Project? Are you the admin on it and have you been given view access? Even though you are the admin on the Jira project you might not have access to the Big Picture project.
I have set up a project twice and both now give me the same error. Can you help me out

@Alfredo Diaz del Valle I would suggest reaching out to BigPicture support if you are on cloud. They will be able to take a look at what is happening.
