I get this message “check your connection” when I am trying to change story points on a story

Can you try another browser type and see if the result is the same?

Good day!

When we tried to change the story points to any value like for example from 5 to 8, we will see the error from the screenshot I gave you but when we refresh the page of the browser then it was working. Looks like it is intermittent. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

So all you are doing is updating the field value and you get the error? Or are you doing other things like transitioning the issue?

I am still suspicious of the browser. Can you try another browser? Or try that browser with Incognito mode?
