I have a couple of screens that I want to apply to all my new projects but without sharing. Is it possible to apply same screen to all projects without sharing. I mean I can make a copy for each project but its a long process. Any shortcuts?

Hello,

You have to copy each screen in different scheme to be able to use them without sharing.

Like that you will be able to change some customfield field in one project without make any change in others projects.

Keep in mind that a screen is always associated to a scheme and this scheme belong to a project.

Thanks. That was my approach as well. Someone in my company suggested something like this-

"once you are done with the screens, if you create a screen scheme and associate it, and then copy it

it will automatically create copies of individual screens as well"

I am confused about the above statement. Does this make any sense to you?

Hello,

No it's not working like that. I tried in my test instance, and the screen copied in the screen scheme refer to only one screen that they will share. So when you'll edit a screen in the new screen scheme, it will affect the screen scheme you copied it from.

Sorry for my english
