Hi Vara,

It might not let you delete project A because it has issues that were moved to another project. You can try though. Regardless, it will not affect issues in Project B.

When the issues are moved they belong entirely to project B, they only have a "previous project" information on them which is just a read-only property pretty much.

So if you delete project A it will not affect a single thing for project B.
