I have a problem with the tool TFS4JIRA

Error creating JIRA issue from work item # of Task type which is in Done state ---> System.Exception: Error creating JIRA issue from work item # of Task type which is in Done state ---> SpartezSoftware.Synchronizer.Tfs4jira2.Exceptions.MappingException: Cannot determine JIRA priority field value: mapping mode is set to Map Values, no JIRA value is mapped for TFS value '2' and no default value is selected. Add mapping for a given value, select default value or switch mapping type to Copy Values for (JIRA priority - TFS Microsoft.VSTS.Common.Priority) field mapping.

Hi Aram,

This exception usually happens because the Priority are not properly mapped. To fix it, you should navigate to your Sync Profile and Field Mappings. Then in this screen, locate the Other Mappings and edit the options for Priority. In there, chose map values and associate a value in Azure with a value in Jira. More information can be obtained at our documentation on the Creating a Synchronization Profile.

Being as this product is specifically targeted to TFS/dev ops and JIRA and priority is a built in field, this should be automatically mapped by your product.
