Hi there,
I am the owner and creator of a free Jira board/projects.
I have given other users access to these projects, but now I cannot view any of my projects backlog items or issues that I added, it continues to give me an error message that no project can be found.
However, when the other user logs in, they can see all the backlog information and stories.
(See all the images I have attached)
This is critical to the team and me because I cannot view the backlog to assign work or carry out work myself.
I can see on my team's accounts that they have access and can view all the stories, epics, etc in these projects, so I have no idea what is happening!
(See the 'Logged in with teammate account image')
I am hoping there is a quick fix to this!
All the best,
Alex

Bumping this as it's a big issue that is blocking our teams work.

@Alex Marchant - confirm that you're the site admin of your Jira Cloud instance (via https://admin.atlassian.com/)?
If you're on the free plan, that's the main thing to verify, as of course you can't have project-specific permissions to lock yourself out.
Hope you're no longer blocked!
