I have multiple sites how can they be separated

I have opened a second site for a client and used my first site in connection but added the separate billing. I am building their site up and then when we are complete we will then be removed from their Site instance.

Will that then separate the sites so that I don't see their sites under mine? I have never opened a second site under my own email before. Does this sound correct in how to separate sites?

You will need to remove yourself from the contacts list on any of the associated SENs atmy.atlassian.com

I did that. Do I also have to remove my Org admin access? We are currently building out the clients environment so when the contract is fulfilled we will be removed unless they need us for future help.

Yes I would certainly expect so he as long as you're in org admin then you're going to have access to the site.
