I'm facing the problem while connecting jira users  to confluence could you please help me

Is the  ip of confluence instance correct configured on the jira side, 

did you whitelist it like described at 

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/connecting-to-crowd-or-jira-for-user-management-229838465.html

So 172.20.3.51 is the ip of your confluence instance.

one is confluence dev and one is confluence Prod

In white list also i added but it showing same error

White list configuration everything i have done but its throwing same error. could you please help me from this problem
