Hi there,

I need to export a Jira backlog into excel. There used to be 3 dots next to the backlog number...however i believe since 2018 the cloud version requires us to use the Filter Advance Issue Search....however using this gives me every single project issue in our Jira....rather than a specific project back log which is what i am trying to export.

I understand that this is not the ideal way to use Jira as it makes the exported backlog Static....however there is some analysis which is easier to do in excel than Jira.

You need to use a filter to get the issues you want. Then you can export just those issues
