During CSV import, you can also include any other custom fields you wish in the CSV file and import them along with the correct parent-child mapping.
If we imported our example issues as listed above, the end result would look like the below screenshot.

@GITA In External System import you can see "Switch to old experience" if you click on that you can find CSV.

I tried it , I am able to now link tickets. but my need is
need to link Feature to Stories as Parent -child
the way you said will create stories as parent of feature ticket.

since feature is a child of Epic -

You can only link user story to feature since those two issue types are peers (standard issue types). Making user story as child of feature is not possible. Your only option is to working with your users to create "Subtask" for a given Feature to establish the parent/child relation.
