I need to migrate few projects from one account to another account (Jira Cloud account to Other Jira)

(aaa.atlassian.net to bbb.atlassian.net). The bbb.atlassian.net is new account created to transfer few projects to other team. Please advise the steps or link which have details to do it.

Hi Tamilselvan,

This is definitely possible. We have done is several times, but we had to develop a special tooling for the cases like yours when you can't create a full server backup.

This question concerns Jira Cloud, do you mean that you developed a special tooling to move projects from one Cloud account to another Cloud account without restoring to Jira Server first?

yes we have, it is still no on the marketplace we are doing field testing, it will be the future Configuration Manager for JIRA Cloud.

@Peter T mentioned a Manager for Jira Cloud, and this now exists (for Cloud to Cloud), see documentation here:  https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/perform-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/ 
Note: You can still do an export of a CSV file, but using the migration manager seems to move more information.

Unfortunately we can't take full Jira backup on source instance. We have only permission to few project to get export from that Jira. Do we have any option for that?

There are no options. That is the only way.
