I removed initiatives from my Roadmap plan (not in Jira) by mistake. How can I get them back?

I've been busy configuring my Roadmap environment. I was cleaning up some old closed items and by mistake also deleted the 'initiative' items from the plan. They still exist in Jira. How can I get them back?

Hi @frederic,

Just rerun the import of your plan. Click the cog icon next to your plan's name and select Configure.

Then, navigate to issue sources in the left side navigation and click Edit issue sources. Then - depending on how you removed the initiatives from your plan - navigate through the different steps of the import wizard to get the issues back.

Either you will have to:

  • reselect the source of your initiatives (Step 1/3);
  • or - more likely if I understand you case well - check the initiatives you removed (Step 3/3)

Thanks! I did the rerun and it's all there again. Appreciate your prompt reply!
