I want a popup modal when I fail a ticket to enter fail reason.

What add in do I need if I want a window to display when QA team fails a story/ticket in Jira? The window popup will contain a dropdown of the Failure Reasons to select.

Hi Christina,

You would add a Transition screen to the transition to the appropriate status. On that transition screen, you include whatever fields you would like. You can make sure they will the field in by adding a Validator to the transition for with Field Required for that field.
