I want an add-in or option to automatically lock users who are not active for the past 30 days?

I want to temporarily lock users so that cost can be saved per user?

Is there any add-ins?

While I basically understand the goal there come a few disadvantages with in, from my point of view.
Maybe somebody else can say something to a possible technical implementation.

- Users that are watcher: let's assume users are watcher on one or more Issues but are away from work for more than 30 days. Due to the deactivation of their account receiving mails with status updates for all watched Issues will stop. They might lose some information until they re-aquire an account again.

- Users that hasn't been watching an Issue but now should: it will not be possible to select them and therefore the use case of adding them to watchers list will be broken. The user(s) in question will need to (re-)aquire an account in order to put them to watchers.

Apart from that a proper communication, in my opinion, must be in place to not unsettle users. Deactivating accounts is a quite complex topic which needs sensitive handling, from my experience.

But I want an add-in to lock users who are not active on Jira Board for the past 30 days?

Is there any options to lock the account for users that are not active for the past 30 days, it's not only for watchers?

I want to temporarily lock the account for that user to save cost as they are not have not even log in to their account for the past 30 days?
